Get dressed in your lightest pajamas. (Perhaps a tank and shorts.)

Fill up your water bottle with cold water and put it on your nightstand (or the easiest place to reach it during the night.)

Put a fan near your bed/at the most convenient place for you. Depending on how hot it is, turn it on high, medium, or low.

Sleep on top of your bed but keep a cozy blanket near by in case it gets colder later on.
