Get a chair. There should be a flat surface.
Prepare your butt for sitting by bending over slightly. Place your butt so it hovers over the horizontal surface of the chair.
Bend your knees to lower your butt over the horizontal surface of the chair.
Sit firmly on the chair with your butt. Your legs and feet should no longer support 100% of your weight if you are sitting properly. Rest your legs and enjoy!
