Bring water to a boil then add pasta stir frequently
In a 4-quart sauce pan melt butter on low heat
Add garlic to melted butter
Then mushrooms
Then mix the mushrooms, garlic and butter till the mushrooms are tender
Meanwhile drain pasta once soft
Once mushrooms are tender add the flour salt and pepper
Stir frequently on medium heat until smooth and bubbly
Next add the milk and chicken broth
Then the sherry cooking wine
And lastly the fontina or Swiss cheese then stir till cheese is smooth.
Then add it to the pan
With pasta
Snow peas
And shrimp
Then mix them
Once mixed sprinkle parmesan and sliced almonds
Then cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
