This dish is very popular in summer: IMPEPATA DI COZZE, that is boiled mussels with pepper (and some drops of lemon on them, if you like it!)
I really love this food, which is typical of my region; I obviously bought it, but I couldn't miss it in this list: this is the real MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA (not cheese...!)
...and finally, the PASTIERA; we usually eat this cake at Easter; it's made with weath and flavoured with a liqueur made from flower essence. It's quite impossible to describe it, you should taste it!
