Do not cross the line of the crease, that is an invalid point if you get it in.
Put the lacrosse ball in the in your stick and hold the shaft with your left hand on the bottom and your right hand in the middle.
Bring your left hand so it is behind your right shoulder, kinda by your ear.
Now point your left point toe towards the goal. Your left shoulder and chin should be pointing the goal. Your right foot should be parallel to the goal line.
Now pull forward slightly with your right hand and push. ( like you're throwing a ball with your right hand )
Your right hand should dominate this motion. Snap your wrist at the end. You should end with your thumb pointing the goal.
Do this as much as you can in a fluid motion until you feel comfortable.
