First get your helmet and skates on in the rink or frozen pond.

Secondly take your stick and puck and get on a rink (on ice)

When your on the ice make sure you put the puck on your stick so your shot doesn't screw up

Then take your stick and pull back with the puck on your stick

Lastly push your stick forward with lots of force and your shot should go pretty high like top shelf. And if it doesn't go high try it again. Have Fun!
