Get a basketball
Get you dominant foot slightly said of the other
Get your dominant hand under the ball and the other on the side to support the ball.
Lock you eyes on where you plan on shooting the ball.
Bend your knees.
Jump.
Once you are ready to shoot, make share your shooting arm is at a 90 degree angle.
When you are at the top of your jump, release the ball with your dominant hand toward the target.
When you have released, your arm should look like a goose neck. This will give the ball more lift and rotation.
