Start I'n a defensive stance, knees bent in triple threat.
Move ball to shot pocket. Shooting hand in the center of the ball and your off hand resting on the side for guidance
Use your legs and less of your arms to extend bringing the ball higher
Extend all the way. Make sure to follow through high and hold it!
Make sure right elbo is in alignment straight up and down wrist is cocked back at 90 degrees. You want a little daylight under palm of hand.
Follow through should be straight up and down you don't want your shooting arm out in front of you.
