How to shade hair

Make you base hair(outline). I'm using Teto Kasane for example. She's my favorite UTAU singer! Sorry for the erase marks it's tough drawing this kind of hair xD

I outlined it to make it less confusing. (optional) LOL HER EYES ARE LOPSIDED OMG

Wanna know how to do this? Color the edges dark and slowly fade it into white. If its too dark, you can just erase the middle.
