Select "Microsoft Exchange"

Input your hotmail address under "Email" and "Account" field. Input your password under "Password" field ('duh!'). Then click "Next".

Do nothing....while it's verifying.

Input "m.hotmail.com" under "Server" field. Then click "Next".
