Open "Settings" app. Select "Notifications"
Select "Do Not Disturb" (moon & stars)
Tap ON/OFF button in "Scheduled" bubble.
Now, set up the times you don't want to be disturbed at.
Here, set up your times. Let's say you need good sleep from 7:30 to 4:45.
You can also change who you are accepting calls from. This is good especially for when you don't want to be interrupted unless it's an emergency.
I recommend you turn "Repeated Calls" on. Also: make sure "Do Not Disturb" is on! To check, look at top of screen. If there's a moon, "Do Not Disturb" is on. That's all! Tell me what you think!
