How to set up hotspot internet connection from iphone 4

Go into settings (your phone must have Internet data enabled for this to work)

Go into personal hotspot. Turn it on

Make sure your device is turned on, if it doesn't pick up your iPhone restart device and switch hotspot off and on again. And refresh. When it comes up enter in password.

Now it should come up with a blue band at the top of your iPhone to say there is a connection! Once you can see that you can start browsing from device.!
