How to make chicken lettuce wraps.
Cook cut up chicken into pieces and cook for 6 minutes, take out of pan and put in a plate.
Add the next 3 ingredients, then add garlic and ginger.
Then add zest of orange and the juice.
Add chicken back into the pan and add hoisin and black bean sauce.
Serve on lettuce leaves. You can top with sriracha hot chili sauce if you like heat.
- 2.0c Chicken breast
- 1.0c Any kind of mushroom I use shiitake m
- 1/2c Water chestnuts
- 1/4c Green onions
- 1.0 Zest of orange and the juice
- 3.0tsp Garlic
- 4.0Tbsp Hoisin sauce

- 2.0Tbsp Black bean garlic sauce
- 1.0 Crisp lettuce leaves
