How to set a signature for email on your ipad

Go to your home screen

Click on your Settings

Click on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" in the margin on the left-hand side

Scroll down until you see a box that says "Signature", make sure you look carefully. Click on it when you find it.

Your screen should look like this.

Set your signature to whatever you like. It will show up automatically when you make an email draft.
