In the bottom right corner, you will see a little asterisk symbol that says Medical ID. Tap it.

Enter your info. Include things medical professionals would need to know if you were unable to communicate with them for some reason. Make sure lock-screen display is enabled!

Once your information is complete to your satisfaction, tap 'Done,' found in the top right corner.

To double-check that it worked, lock your phone and then swipe right. In the bottom left corner, select 'Emergency.'

Then select Medical ID, which is also in the bottom left corner of the screen. This should pull up the completed Medical ID screen!
