Since this is my last installment of Tikly guides, I assume you've created an event and learned all the ins-and-outs thereof. Now you can sit back and twiddle your thumbs until event day, right?

Nay! Let's learn how to manage multiple bands or organizations under one account, add a user to your account, manage your guest list, and send Tikly feedback. Or twiddle. Your choice.

So! Head over to Tikly.co, log-in, then mosey on over to "account" in the upper right of the page. Hit "create or switch to new organization".

We're going to create a new organization, so fill out this bit of info, and hit that button to create it. For this example, I'll call mine Tikly Test. Creative, I know.

Now your new organization will appear along with the original one, and this little memo will pop up. If you'd like your new organization to be the "default" when logging in, hit ok. If not, cancel.

Events for each organization stay separate, and you can switch from one to another without logging out. Tikly even reminds you which organization you're currently managing at the top of the page.

In this way you can manage events for multiple bands, charities, or other organizations under one Tikly account linked to a single e-mail address. Nifty!

Now I'll demonstrate how to add someone to my account because, hey, I can't do all the work. First, make sure the oh-so-special someone you're adding has a Tikly account of their very own.

Now head over to "Account" in the upper right of your page and hit "Manage Users"...

...then hit the green plus sign to "Add another person". I'm allowing my new user to manage everything in the account. I also checked the box to send him an e-mail. Ya know, just to say "Welcome".

Notice that, if you choose, you can let your new user only manage events and promotions. If so, that little "Account" link will discretely not be there when they log in.

Now I can add more users, change my new user's status, or go nuts and delete him all together. I won't, but I could.

Oh, by the way, while we've been doing all this you've sold a bunch of tickets, so let's head over to the "Guest List" tab of your upcoming event.

Here's a sample guest list. You can view a printable version or download an Excel file of the list at any time. There's also a nice little "summary" telling you at a glance how sales are looking.

Psst! The Excel file also has guest's answers to survey questions you may have included for your event, plus the other data from your ticket and merch sales. Mine that info to your heart's content!

The black plus sign to the left of each guest allows you to add/edit guest info. Remember, only use this info for purposes related to a guest's order.

Notice that the lovely guest list is searchable as well as sortable by name, e-mail, etc. Free guests can be deleted via the link to the right. Add guests via the green plus sign under the search box.

The plus sign next to the dollar amount shows you an itemized breakdown of that order, as well as the total amount going to you, the seller, and fees going to Tikly. You can also request a refund...

...because, hey, sometimes things happen when you've got a bunch of super-excited fans buying a bunch of tickets, and Tikly will deal with it in a super-timely manner.

Oh! This is a good time to mention a big part of what helps Tikly keep fees so low: paying (and getting paid) using Dwolla. Dwolla is an online payments network, kind of like PayPal, (except awesome).

Finally, Tikly loves feedback. If any part is awesome, or any part of it sucks, or if you've got something else to say, hit "Help" in the upper right of your screen, then "Send us a note"!

Aaaand don't forget you can always ask for help! Send an e-mail to help@Tikly.co. Don't worry-- they've got your back.
