Supplies
Prepare ingredients, wash and cut all seafood , chop up garlic and shallots, dice up fresh tomatoes
Sautée chopped shallots and garlic
Put in diced tomatoes and fry for a few minute until watt comes out
Add in tomato purée
Add water and bring to boil
Add in clams
Add in muscles and squid
Let it reduce abit till a certain thickness you desire
Check and add water if needed
For display reasons, Sautée shrimps and not mixing it in with the soup
Serve with drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of basil
