Scheduling Do Not Disturb helps turn off all notifications at specific times so no one interrupts you each day around that time.

Inside Notifications, go to Do Not Disturb

Turn on Scheduled then set the timer

Depending on what time you set it at, everyday between those times, it will turn on Do Not Disturb
