Click on Schedule meeting & Send invitations

Click on Schedule meeting & Send invitations

Select the next date for the Webinar

Select the next date for the Webinar

Select the time

Select the time

Copy and paste all email addresses into "Attendees" field  Then enter your email into presenter field

Copy and paste all email addresses into "Attendees" field Then enter your email into presenter field

Enter their google doc link into the message of the invitation and your contact info in case they have a question.
