STEPS
TOOLS
Draw your cartoons while you're taxiing, taking off and leveling off.
Once you get the all-clear to bring out electronic devices, launch JotNot on your iPhone and click the camera icon in the lower right.
Frame your cartoon as tightly as possible, and then shoot.
If you're happy with the photo, click the "use" button (otherwise click "retake" and try again). Now drag the top right, top left, bottom right and bottom left corners into position to crop the photo.
Once you're happy with the framing, click "process". You'll see a progress bar, and then...
Success! (Admire the crisp, clean black-and-white image.) Click the share icon (box and arrow, second icon from the left) and choose "Photo Library".
Now choose Save Enhanced" to get the nice, clean, optimized version.
You could post it now.But maybe you'd like to add your URL so people can track the cartoon back to your site (especially if someone reposts it and forgets the attribution). Pop open SketchBook Mobile.
Click "Gallery" if it isn't open. Tap the "Import" icon (a flower and plus sign).
Tap "Photo Library". Navigate to your cartoon and select it.
Edit your cartoon however you'd like. (I like to use the text tool to add a credit and URL.) When you're done, tap the "Gallery" button.
With your cartoon highlighted, tap the "Export" icon (flower and an arrow).
Choose "Photo Library."
Select the correct orientation.
Launch the WordPress app, and navigate to your blog.
Tap the "Add Post" icon (pencil and box, upper right).
Compose your post, including title, tags, categories and text. Then tap the "Photo" icon (lower right).
Choose "Add Photo from Library."
Select your edited cartoon.
Select the size you'd like the image to appear with in your post.
Repeat as often as you'd like. A list of images will grow as you add new ones. Don't worry about the "Upload failed" message.
All done? Tap "Publish" — you'll get an error message, but don't sweat it.
You've landed! Time to reconnect to the net. Select your post, then tap the "Attachments" icon (paper clip) to get to your list of cartoons. Tap each one to upload it, then tap "Save".
Your post will now upload to the server...
... and voilà! (I deliberately marked this private for demo purposes.)
