How to scale a wallpaper in ios7

Many high res wallpapers look zoomed in in IOS7.  Especially wallpapers set at the 1136x640 @ 326 ppi look off as you can see in the image above.

Here is the important part.  You will see "reduce motion" which defaults to off.

Now go back to wallpapers & brightness and pick your wallpapers.  They will scale properly.
