Chop celery and onions. Melt butter in sauce pan and sautéed.
Add carrots sautéed till tender.
Fry sage sausage.
Add mushroom to the frying sausage.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Butter a large baking pan. Add dry stuffing.
Mix all ingredients together! Add 1quart of chicken broth to moisten stuffing. Make sure it's really wet!
Pat down wet stuffing and bake @350 for 45-60 minutes.

- 15 stalks celery diced

- 1 bag stuffing
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 quart of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
