Eat these shell and all! My Fam says they taste like popcorn.

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Cut the top off of a cleaned pumpkin.
Remove the top.
Dig out seeds.
See the orange stuff. We're going to rinse and separate those.
Stop to Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse and separate seeds from orange stuff.
Like so.
Measure seeds. How many cups do you have? I have almost 2 cups. For every 1/2 cup of seeds place 2 cups of water in a pan. For 2 cups seeds, I need 8 cups of water.
Add water and seeds in pan as says on last step.
Add 1/2 tsp of salt for every 2 cups of water. So I added 2 teaspoons for my 8 cups of water.
Stir well.
Place stovetop heat on high.
When comes to full boil, simmer at boil for 10 min.
While waiting, get pan ready. Add oil just enough to cover the seeds.
After 10 min, take off heat.
Drain the water from seeds. They will be greenish in color.
Dump onto oiled pan.
Coat in oil and spread in single layer.
Place in preheated oven.
Roast for 10 min.
After 5 min. Stir and separate again. Back in for 5 more. Continue till brown and shell is crunchy to taste.
Like so. Sprinkle salt to taste.
Serve and Eat. Enjoy!
