Same process for potatoes ...like for the Brussels sprouts
Put them on a tray lined with cooking paper
In a big bowl, put 1 kg Brussels sprouts + 2TBsp olive oil + 1 tsp of salt+1tsp of sugar+ 20 gm butter. Mix.
Put on a tray lined with cooking paper. Set aside
Put both trays in a cold oven. Potatoes up Brussels sprouts under. Brussels sprouts cook faster. Here I made a mistake for the picture but I exchanged up down while cooking. Put on oven on bake 180C
Turn the Brussels sprouts after 20 mins. And cook for another 15 mins until caramelized
Take out only the Brussels sprouts. Put them on kitchen paper to get rid of the extra oil- butter
at this point you can baste the skin side of the potatoes with the butter-oil in the tray and leave them 30 more mins. out of z oven and put on kitchen paper to get rid of extra oil- butter.
Put both in one serving dish. Or 2 separate ones. . Perhaps reheat 1 min in the microwave. You can also serve them warm.
you might wonder why I put both in z beginning and not z potatoes 30 mins ahead. You could, but iyou put brussels sprouts in cold water on z cooking ring & on low to heat through but not 2 boil.
