How to ripen stone fruit peaches, nectarines, plums

I didn't invent this, but it works like magic, and is so simple. Place fruit in paper bag (avoid rough handling to avoid bruising, also avoid buying fruits with obvious bruises). Don't overcrowd.

You're done! Just check it every day to avoid over ripening. You'll know by the aroma. Enjoy beautiful, fragrant fruit as nature intended. Note: Must use paper bag. Plastic will not work.
