Especially for people on a diet, resisting unhealthy food is difficult.
Sweets can be extremely hard to stay away from.
Especially when you have a huge sweet tooth.
But I've lost around 9 lbs in the past 3 (I think) weeks without having to try so hard.
I just have so much junk food in my house. (This is only one corner of my kitchen.)
In order to avoid these things, you have to fill you day with other things that you love.
Like someone or something other than food.
School takes up most of my day, making me eat a lot less. I pack my lunch everyday and limit myself. I'm not aloud to purchase school lunch.
And when I pack healthy at home, I may hate myself later but it's worth it.
Fill your house with healthy food and forbid your self from eating out. This way you have no other choice but to eat what you have.
Also, my life is just about COMPLETELY filled with cheer. So find something that you love doing. This will keep from eating when you are bored.
You define eat You need to know the difference between hungry and bored. Even if your stomachs growls, wait a little bit and see if it keeps doing it. Mine goes away after about 5 minutes.
Now cheer is a work out it self, but I still run at home at mile or two a day.
I find shopping a great way to get my mind off of food. ;)
No matter what you have to be strong and say "no" to junk. You have to remember that there's always another way, healthier, easier. YOU CAN DO IT.
- A Strong mind!!
- Make sure you have plenty of healthy foods around
- Busy schedule
