How to repurpose favorite christmas cards as magnets

This felt 3-D Santa was a Christmas card front. It was too cute to toss. I simply cut a curved shape around it.

A piece of self-adhesive magnet tape does the trick.

You can find self-adhesive rolls of flexible magnet tape at most craft stores. Another idea is cut up a magnetic business card and glue a piece on.

These are some from this year that could work. Usually it's that one or two that stand out.

Don't be afraid to cut and experiment. Oftentimes people toss out their old cards.
