When you see a message like this come up in your reply list on Instagram, click on the picture to the right
Slide your finger across the message from left to right, like above
A reply and trash can symbol appear, click on reply arrow as shown above
The person who commented under your picture - like @adamhollioake did above - Instagram handle will automatically appear so you can reply without having to manually tag them
