How to remove a zipper from jeans

No idea if this will be helpful for anyone but me. Oh well.

I bought these in my "I think I'm tough" stage. I stopped wearing them because the zippers jingled when I walked and that annoyed me. They still fit, so I'm going to modify them!

Use small eyebrow scissors or just your fingernail to pry this piece off.

Pull the zipper off and wiggle it until it is only on one size. Then you can pull it off that size as well.

Much better! You can put those end pieces back on but I'm not gonna bother. Now, I'm going to go a bit further and cut out the fabric underneath the zipper.

Inside out the jeans. Use regular scissors to poke a hole in the fabric. You can fold it over and cut through that way if your scissors aren't that sharp. Repeat under all of the zippers.
