Found this clipboard at Walmart for under $3. I sanded the edges down and roughed up the surface a bit.

Tape up your board in masking tape.

Other ideas: -keep your stripes simple by using the same size tape -Run them diagonally -Frogtape (found at Home Depot) has a chevron masking tape -Do one side solid and the other in stripes!

Re-tape over your first set of stripes once painted and dried completely

Paint again!
