all you need pc - usb for blackberry

go to blackberry.com/102 to install the software

you need to reload the soft ware connect your mobile to your pc

i did install it in my pc

click on get started

click on updated

now its install prosses in ur mobile from the pc

this is the screen of ur mobile while the prosses

after the installtion done on the phone now its restart

now its done you can use your phone 😉
