Standing up, put the top of your hand on a table in front of you.  Point fingers towards your body and wrist is opposite of you. Gently lean into this stretch.  Feel it through your forearm and wrist.

Flip bottom of hand up and repeat stretch.  Do this until you feel a relief of tension.  This is a very common gymnast and breakdancing stretch because they are intensely using the hands.
