Count down from ten.....
Take DEEP DEEP DEEP breathes.
Do a quiet, calming activity like reading, knitting, and etc. This can give you some well needed ME-time.
Give yourself any more breaks if you get stressed out even more. If this happens too often then make sure that you are getting enough time to just sit and breathe. Relaxing can do you wonders!
