THEN ! U take ur pillow a lay it on ur bed, floor, or couch !

THEN ! U put ur blanket down.

THEN ! U lay down !

FINALLY ! U don't think about anything !

Note !!! If u like u can turn music on or a tv! Or even have no noise what so ever !!!
