Buy your favorite color spray can - gold and green- remove the crystal and the backing from the frames, but if it it doesn't come off easily leave it on...

As you can see, I could only remove the backing to 8/9 frames. Make sure to clean them well and that they are nice and dry.

Add cool designs; I went for a simple stripes-------- with floss - it doesn't stick :D

Lay the frames down on top of plastic bag - preferably outdoors - and spray away as much or as little color you want

Some I sprayed completely, some just enough so that the background color would 'p0p'

Then add some green or whatever other color you want - you should wait for the first color to dry completely

And put a new picture in them - they make a great gift!

I will add pictures to these- but here they are hung up- looks better than when they were all different wood. I used the green as a highlight throughout the house so it's a tie-in color
