Step 1: lightly sand tray so paint will adhere. Step 2: cover paint with one to two layers of primer (optional). Step 3: spray several layers of first paint color until covered evenly (I chose silver)

Step 4: after paint has dried, place tape in desired design (Pinterest find) Step 5: paint with several layers of contrasting color (heirloom white-will change silver to gold). Step 6: remove tape! :)
