Start by wiping it clean

Mask off anything you don't want paint to get on

Lightly sand entire piece

Wipe down again after sanding with a damp rag

Then in an open place get ready to spray

Do one coat and wait to dry

I mixed these two colors to make the one I was looking for

All finished

I used the blue color to paint the felt
