The land of Canaan was an important area because it linked four empires together and has was a land bridge. The land of Canaan was called the Holy Land.

God helped the authors of the bible stories to tell his message God chose to inspire people to write the Bible. Through the Bible we have a better understanding of God and his love for us.

The Bible is not literally true, its different peoples interpretation and understanding of God and his influence on us.
