How to raspberry upside-down cake

Preheat oven to 160c (325 f)

Ingredients

Sift 2 and a half cups of flour

Then add 2 and a half tsp

Place 250g of butter, 1 cup of caster sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 3 eggs then beat well

Then add the sifted flour and baking powder into the dough

Mix all the ingredients until gooey

Get a baking tin and place raspberries on the bottom

After placing raspberries on the bottom add dough then put in oven for 30 - 40 mins

Add cream (optional) to cake
