Place your first band from your middle peg to your first left peg

Put a band from that peg down one and do this all the way down your loom

Stop when you get to the second to last peg (sorry for the extra green band on my loom!)

Bring a band from that peg to the bottom middle peg

Place a band from the middle to the right

Place the bands down the loom

Stop when you get to here

Place a band to the middle

Place a band from the middle straight forward and go all the way down your loom

End here

Make a cap band

Twist this band over itself once

Place it on the bottom middle peg

Place triangle bands down the loom

It should look like this

Looping time!

Push back the cap band and grab that top white band

Bring it straight forward and do this up your loom

Grab the top teal band

Bring it to the peg on the left and go straight up

Bring that last band into the middle

Like so

Do the same on the right side

Put your hook through all of those bands

Pull a band through

Put both sides of the band on your hook

Pull it off

Extension time!

Place them down as many bands as you need

Loop all of these forward

Brig to the right

Take your clip ad place it on those bands

Take off

All done!!!
