First wash and dry off the radish. Then with a paring knife cut off stem part and the top of the radish.

With the paring knife cut off small sections of the skin around the whole radish making sure not to make them too close together and making sure they are not too close to the top or bottom

Over the same sections that you created, with the paring knife, now cut right under it, making sure they are thin cuts and to not cut all the way down. That will create the petals.

You can make extra petals from the center of the radish making sure not to cut the outside petals.
