The first 2 weeks are hard, when you quit smoking. Drink a lot of fresh juice and take good nights of sleep. You can experience the following:

Tired, stressed, irritated, bad mood, restless, hungry, etcetera. Do not get scared. That is normal, because your body and mind must getting used to new and healthy situation you are getting in to.

Tip 1. When you get the urge to light a cigarette, get your smartphone for 5 minutes or so. Read whatsapp. Open Snapguide, open Facebook, check your email, etcetera.

So instead of lighting a cigarette, you used your smartphone. πŸ‘

For example: When you are at work and cannot play with your smartphone I use this to anti stress.

Or:

When I walk outside and want to smoke I use a toothpick. You still have something in your mouth or fingers this way.

When I am at home and really have the urge to smoke. I try to take my mind of to something else. Like cleaning my apartment, going on the Internet. With good weather I take a walk outside.

After a couple of weeks you notice that the urge of smoking goes away slowly. Always remember, that even when you quit, you are an ex smoker.

So never think "well it is now one year ago, that I quit smoking, I can smoke only one cigarette" no you can not. It does not stay with only one cigarette. That is the danger of getting smoking again.

A lot of people gain weight. Try to sport. Or loose the weight later, at the right time.

I hope this helps for you all. Please leave comments on this guide. Also if you have a great tip or advise, leave a comment. Maybe I put that in my guide. Good luck you all. πŸ˜„
