The sockets for the 4 pins should be facing inside and there should be a socket directly across each seem of the soft box.
The screws should be on the outside of the soft box
Installed the first pin directly opposite from the corner that has an extended flap of Velcro. Insert the pin into the ring first and then into the velcro pocket on the corner of the softbox.
Make sure not bend the pins.
Install two more pins, on either side of the first pin that was installed. one for each corner. Make sure to leave the corner with the extended vector flap to be installed last.

Insert the pin through the Velcro pocket
Indent the pin into the socket in the ring while folding the softbox material closer to the ring.
Unfold the softbox stretching it onto the last pin.
Fold over the Velcro to hide the pin and secure it in place.
Attach the inner diffuser using Velcro
Stretch out the inner diffuser while attaching it to the 4 corners of the softbox

Install the outer diffuser, there is Velcro on the edges of the softbox to secure it in place.
