How to put in contacts

First gather your materials.

Second take out a pair of contacts and open them up.

Next wash your hands.

Place one contact on your right index finger. Make sure that it is not inside out.

After open your eye with your (on your left hand) pointer and middle finger and with your right hand your pointer finger.

Place contact on the pupil and iris part of your eye and remove finger. Once you have done this role your eyes and blink a few times to be sure that it is in.

Repeat steps 1-6 for the next eye.

After you have worn your contacts all day, locate where they are in your eyes and punch them out.

If you have daily contacts you can just through them away, but if not place the left contact in your left contact holder and your right in the right, be sure to put contact solution in the container.

Finally, close the contact case and put it away until the next morning.
