How to put eyeliner on 😀

Clean the eye with a makeup wipe

Close the eye

Draw a thin line on the top eye lid using a eyeliner liquid pen

Put a thin layer of eye shadow on (can be any colour)

Now you are ready to go out with eyeliner on 😀
