Put the left ear (one with no remote) into left slot

Loop the left ear cable counterclockwise and down the middle

Put the right ear (one with remote) in the right slot

Loop the right ear cable counter clockwise and the remote should rest exactly in the middle slot

Loop the rest of the cable counter clockwise

Put the cover on and that's it
