Do not yawn instead laugh

Take a nap in the afternoon for the night

Get scared if u get scared u can stay awake more easily though it will be scary

Lower the brightness if ur eyes start hurting u will close it for some mins and then u will fall asleep

Think positive!

Don't start daydreaming because when u daydream u suddenly close ur eyes and fall asleep
