Lay out one towel on right side of sinks for drip dry.
Hang up second towel for hand drying dishes.
Place stopper in sink. Make sure the piece fits into the slot and that no water can pass through drain.
Turn on warm water and begin filling the sink til 2/3rds full.
Check your water temperature to make sure it is as hot as you can stand.
Add 1 squeeze of soap directly to the running water stream.
Turn off water.
Begin cleaning scraped dishes using scrubber or wash cloth. Don't forget to scrub the back as well.
In other sink, rinse dishes in warm water. Remove bubbles from front and back. Turn water on and off, only while rinsing.
Don't forget the back!
Place clean dish on drip cloth and proceed with remaining dirty dishes.
Once all dishes are washed begin hand drying.
Front and back!
Put clean dishes away! Make sure you are putting them away in correct cabinets. Close cabinets when you are done.
Remove stopper from sink to allow dirty water to drain.
Rinse scrub brush.
Place on drying cloth. Allow to dry.
Begin rinsing out sink. Use cold water and your hand to help bubbles go down.
Cold water is key!
Use your drying cloth next to wipe out sink and surrounding areas.
Don't forget behind the sink!
Handles and spout too!
Put all supplies away in their proper place.
Last step, put dirty towels in washing machine.
- Dish soap- about 1 squeeze
- 2 dish cloths- one for drip dry, 1 for hand dry
- Dish scrubber or wash cloth
