Ingredients: 3 lemons, 40g persil, 1/2 teaspoon dried mint, 1 & 1/2 cup instant cous-cous, 20 cherry tomatoes or 3 tomatoes, 1 & 1/2 cup water, 2 or 3 teaspoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Squeeze all lemons
Strain the juice of lemons
Mix the juice with 1 & 1/2 cup instant cous-cous
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
Mix all together
Add pepper and salt to taste
Add 1 & 1/2 cup water and put in the fridge
Cut the persil into small pieces
Cut until it looks like this and reserve
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and reserve
Get the mixture out of the fridge, add the tomatoes and the persil, and add 2 or 3 teaspoon olive oil.
Mix all ingredients, taste it and add salt, pepper or oil of you think necessary
Serve and enjoy it
