Blue cheese. Here I am using Roquefort. But any blue cheese will b good. And if one prefers feta or goat cheese, it will work fine

Prepare the dressing: balsamic 2TBsp olive oil 4 TBsp 1/2 Tsp mustard, salt and pepper. (Little salt is recommended. The cheese is salty.) also the 6 strawberries and blend

In a mixing bowl, put the greens and the onion.  Drizzle the dressing

Then put the cheese, the strawberries and the nuts

Dot with some dressing and serve

  • 4.0c Mesclun 200 g
  • 1.0tsp Red onion medium
  • 300.0g Strawberries 2 cups
  • 50.0g Cajou nuts
  • For the dressing
  • 2.0Tbsp Balsamic vinager
  • 4.0Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2tsp Mustard
  • Salt and pepper
